Clean Air Task Force
Founded in 1996, the Clean Air Task Force (CATF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring clean air and healthy environments through scientific research, public education, and legal advocacy. Clean Air-Cool Planet and CATF are engaged in a three-year effort to focus world attention on the contribution of short-lived pollutants to Arctic warming and to craft a response strategy among governments with territory in Arctic regions.
Lindblad Expeditions
In 1979, Sven Lindblad founded Special Expeditions as a division of Lindblad Travel, enabling the company to further its mission of offering innovative and educational travel expeditions to Costa Rica, Alaska and Baja California.
Clean Air-Cool Planet is part of the steering committee for Lindblad Expeditions.

Lindblad Expeditions on a Journey toward Climate Sustainability
Working with Clean Air-Cool Planet, Lindblad Expeditions has launched a Climate Change Action Plan to reduce its own carbon footprint while encouraging others to "join the conversation" on global warming. Lindblad, a leader in sustainable tourism, adopted a carbon reduction plan that includes measurement, carbon offsets and policy components. Read more.
National Geographic
The National Geographic Society, founded in 1888, is the largest
nonprofit scientific and educational institution in the world which increases and diffuses geographic knowledge. CA-CP has partnered with National Geographic Travel Services to calculate the carbon emissions associated with its educational tours and to develop a carbon offset portfolio, managing and acquiring quality offsets that are in keeping with National Geographic’s mission of sharing stories of the world’s sensitive ecosystems with the public and protecting those habitats through education and research.

Aspen Institute
The Aspen Institute, founded in 1950, is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering enlightened leadership and open-minded dialogue. Clean Air-Cool Planet is working with the Aspen Institute to design a high-level dialogue to consider the implications of climate change in the Arctic for the region’s inhabitants and resources.
